Photography, Audio, and Video Recording
E Source events are held in public spaces. We don’t prohibit participants, sponsors, news organizations, and other companies from photographing, capturing video, or audiotaping event activities. We reserve the right to use all images, videos, and audio files taken at the event that include participants, including you. By attending the event, you consent to having your image, voice, likeness, and/or presentation recorded. We reserve the right to use such images, recordings, and videos without notice or compensation. Such recordings might include content or material that is protected by copyrights, trademarks, or other rights that E Source owns or licenses. Participants are not allowed to copy, reproduce, publish, or distribute any photographs, videos, or audio files taken at the event for commercial use without E Source’s express prior written permission.
Offensive Behavior/No Commercial Solicitation by Non-Sponsors
We want everyone to enjoy our events without being subject to any offensive behavior. As such, E Source reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without refund, to refuse admittance or expel anyone from the event whom we determine is behaving in a manner detrimental to the event or to any other attendee. We further reserve the right to expel any individual non-sponsor/exhibitor from the event if they are reported to be commercially soliciting other event attendees.
E Source encourages you to meet and visit with all of the great companies who will be joining us as official event sponsors and exhibitors. The views or opinions expressed by any event attendee, speaker, or sponsor are not necessarily E Source’s views or opinions. All event attendees, speakers, and sponsors are responsible for their own content (including presentations, marketing collateral, advertising, and online content).
Substitution of registrations may be made at any time up to the event start date. Sharing of attendee passes is not permitted.
Payment & Cancellation Policy for Events
All payments must be received one week prior to the conference. All walk-up registrations, including tours, must be paid on-site. All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to email@example.com two week prior to the first day of the event. After this date, no refunds will be given for registration, tour cancellations or no-shows. Substitutions within your organization may be arranged at any time.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
Please be aware that E Source may update and change any part or all of these terms and conditions at any time without notification. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you should not register for the event.
