About the Author

Jordan Ellison has more than 10 years of experience in market research where he has focused on customer experience. His skills include project management, survey design, survey programming, data management and analysis, and translating data into actionable insights. Prior to joining E Source, Jordan worked as project director at a market research firm. In this position, he oversaw transactional studies and managed relationship studies for clients across many different industries, including the utility, healthcare, financial, and lifestyle industries. Jordan earned a BS in psychology from the University of Wisconsin at La Crosse and an MS in industrial/organizational psychology from St. Cloud State University.
