Emily Roberson is responsible for supporting utility partners that benefit from the E Source research and advisory events and memberships. She works closely with E Source collaborative members who are addressing challenges related to affordability, equity, customer experience, and customer program participation.

Victoria Frazier joined E Source in 2022 as a Client Success Specialist. She’s passionate about helping clients find the right solutions and connecting them with a team of E Source experts. Before joining E Source, she worked at ECI Environmental Consultants as a vegetation management consultant. She specialized in client conflict resolution and strategic vegetation management plans. Victoria earned a BA in biology from the University of Northern Iowa.

Edwin Crow has more than 25 years of experience delivering mission-critical systems and IT solutions to hundreds of utilities. He has earned numerous awards for helping utilities successfully secure new products and breakthrough technologies. Edwin creates multidimensional strategies that focus on clients’ unique business drivers, clearly defining the need for complex technology solutions. He has successfully negotiated software/services and IT agreements on behalf of municipal and public sector and investor-owned utilities.

Mike Hedlund is a lead research analyst on the Customer Energy Solutions team. He focuses on technologies that enable energy efficiency and decarbonization. Prior to joining E Source, Mike worked for Xcel Energy performing engineering analysis to support demand-side management programs. Mike holds a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Miami.

Elizabeth Vamos provides organizations with research-based learning and developmental strategies, focusing on organizational change management (OCM) and continual process improvement by applying structured methodologies and data analyses to solve complex problems and providing tactical support around achieving organizational objectives. At E Source, she’s the lead OCM expert in deploying advanced metering infrastructure at water municipalities. Elizabeth has more than seven years of experience as an industrial organizational (I/O) practitioner, specializing in OCM.

Scott Poole supports all aspects of the success of the E Source Account Management Service. He’s a proven leader in account management, sales, and marketing, with more than 30 years of experience driving change and delivering results for Southern Company. He most recently served as the director of managed accounts at Georgia Power where he was known for his ability to see the big picture, simplify and communicate the intricacies of complex problems, and turn ideas into results.

Brock Fisher is a data analyst with a passion for powering innovation through data-driven solutions. He specializes in the development and enhancement of battery business model tools. Prior to joining E Source, Brock worked as a mechanical designer where he adapted and excelled in diverse roles. He also has experience as an efficiency specialist.Brock uses his expertise in engineering principles and data analysis techniques to optimize processes in the battery industry. He holds a B.Eng. in mechanical engineering from Dalhousie University.

Robbie Johnson researches demand-side management and demand response topics for electric and gas utilities. Before joining E Source as a lead research analyst, he spent over 10 years working in and around the sustainable buildings industry as an analyst, communicator, researcher, project manager, and utility energy efficiency program administrator.Robbie holds a master’s degree from the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University.

Marianne McElroy is passionate about making critical utility services accessible and affordable, and she’s committed to helping individuals develop into the professionals that the industry needs. As the vice president of Customer Engagement Solutions at E Source, she leads a team of experts who specialize in delivering customer energy and experience solutions.Prior to joining E Source, Marianne worked for a community action program and a utility for more than a decade.

Karen Lefkowitz serves as director for the Beyond the Meter Service and has over four decades of experience as an executive in the energy and technology industries. She has most recently delivered expert-level consultation on many topics, including smart grid issues, cybersecurity for energy systems, renewable energy, and the effects of transportation electrification plans on customers and communities.
