Anne Dougherty is Chief Strategy Officer at E Source, where she drives enterprise-wide initiatives to align markets and integrate operations across business units. She ensures E Source delivers coordinated, high-value solutions to utilities and energy organizations in North America. Anne translates industry trends and regulatory dynamics into actionable priorities, partnering with leaders and teams to position offerings for long-term impact and scalability.

Before joining E Source, Anne co-founded ILLUME Advising, building a nationally recognized energy research and strategy consultancy. She has dedicated her career to clarifying complex environments and enabling collaboration and accountability. Anne also advises industry leaders on strategic frameworks and governance and serves as a Presidential Advisor to the Southeast Energy Efficiency Alliance and a Director for Groundswell Capital and the Arizona Technology Council.
