We’ll build on our discussion from December 2024, highlighting results from the E Source 2024 Business Customer Satisfaction Study on how utilities can better serve property management customers and reduce customer effort. We’ll dive into one of the key tools for doing this: property manager portals. Come prepared to share your best practices, challenges, and needs for small and midsize business customers and managed accounts customers when it comes to these important tools.
We’ll have Mike Hill, assistant division manager at Tacoma Public Utilities, join us for this discussion. Hill will highlight:

- Additional pain points for this customer group
- The utility’s plans for future improvements to its portal
