Learn more about your engagement director, who will help make E Source work for you. They’ll be your contact for membership questions, training, and all things E Source.
Susanne Riis handles member success and overall account engagement at E Source, delivering high-quality customer service through onboarding, training, and ongoing support. She serves as a primary point of contact for utility members, acting as a concierge to E Source products, services, research, tools, and consulting offerings, while also providing input to marketing and research teams on customer perceptions and needs. Susanne brings nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, and account management across multiple industries, including solar, software, and website localization. Before joining E Source, she worked at Clean Energy Collective as a Senior Marketing Program Manager. She holds an MA in French from Middlebury College and a BA from the University of Iowa.
