Midyear check-in: Customer Energy Solutions Leadership Council
August 3, 2023 | 10:00 am - 11:00 am EST
NOTE: This event has already taken place. See below for event description.
Are you a customer energy solutions (CES) leader looking for an opportunity to connect with peers between meetings of the E Source Customer Energy Solutions Leadership Council? This online exchange is a first-of-its-kind event providing a facilitated, nonbiased platform where you can discuss your CES challenges and celebrate successes. You’ll also learn what’s in store for you at the fall 2023 leadership council meeting.
We’ll anchor our discussion on how utilities’ programs and services can contribute to a holistic demand-side management (DSM) portfolio. A holistic portfolio leads to outcomes related to affordability, managing demand, reducing carbon pollution, and valuing programs’ non-energy benefits.
Potential topics include:
- Managing the rate impacts and affordability of electrification
- Natural gas technologies, savings, program design, and role in decarbonization
- Cost-effectiveness testing frameworks that capture a larger part of a measure’s complete value stack, like California’s Total System Benefit
- Transforming emerging technologies into measures faster and more effectively
- Effective load management technologies and pilots
Moderators:
Barend Dronkers, Product Strategist, Customer Energy Solutions, E Source
Katie Ruiz, Senior Solution Director, Customer Energy Solutions, E Source
Michael Hartnack, Senior Solution Director, Customer Energy Solutions, E Source
- You must be a member of the E Source Demand-Side Management, Distributed Energy Resource Strategy, or Technology Assessment Services.
