Millennials and Gen Z are unique when it comes to using these tools because they grew up with them and have been using them nearly every day of their lives. They’re also representative of the next generation of utility customers, employees, and leaders.
It’s crucial for utilities to understand how the next generation thinks about and uses digital tools in their everyday lives.
