Technology, apps, the internet—these are ingrained in the habits of tens of millions of people all over the world. Millennials and Gen Z are unique when it comes to using these tools because they grew up with them and have been using them nearly every day of their lives. They’re also representative of the next generation of utility customers, employees, and leaders.

It’s crucial for utilities to understand how the next generation thinks about and uses digital tools in their everyday lives. In this webinar, you’ll hear from three such people: a millennial mom, a millennial homeowner, and a Gen Z college student studying abroad. You’ll gain insight into how each person feels about and uses digital tools to make purchase decisions, pay for coffee, renovate a house, navigate their lives, and more. Then they’ll give us their perspective on what this means for utilities.
