Aleana Reeves leads the customer experience and marketing and communications research portfolio to make sure it delivers clear, actionable value for utility clients. Her work focuses on setting strategic direction, prioritizing investments, and aligning research with client objectives. Aleana also serves as an account executive for key client relationships. Before joining E Source, she worked as a consultant at Accenture. Aleana earned an MBA from the University of Colorado and a BA in Economics from Brown University.
