Brenen Riggs researches and advises utilities on a range of topics within Customer Energy Solutions. Before joining E Source, he spent six years at the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, where he was responsible for the regulatory oversight of various utility programs, complex ratemaking proceedings, and analysis on a wide range of energy policy issues.Brenen holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and is a candidate for a Master of Public Policy and Management, both from Ohio State University.

Deborah Lebl is the product director for the E Source Demand-Side Management Service. In this role, she sets the direction of and manages the entire product life cycle for the service’s research. Deborah has worked in the energy industry for nearly two decades. Before joining E Source, she worked at a major investor-owned electric and gas utility and at a pioneering demand response company. She has also spent years in various roles focused on marketing, market research, program strategy, portfolio management, customer segmentation, and revenue growth.
