Tom Martin is President of Grid and Operations Solutions at E Source, where he leads the strategy and delivery of solutions that help utilities address grid operations, safety, and reliability challenges. He brings more than 15 years of experience leading data science and analytics initiatives across the energy and utility industry, applying advanced insights to improve decision-making and performance. Before joining E Source, Tom served as managing director of Data Science at TROVE and led the implementation of new technology and analytics at PG&E.
