Jonathan Willcox is President of Customer Solutions at E Source, where he leads teams focused on improving customer experience, engagement, and program performance. In this role, he oversees solutions that help utilities understand customer needs, design effective programs, and deliver results at scale. Jonathan has also served as E Source’s Chief Financial Officer and brings additional perspective through board service and advisory roles, including Ignite Buffalo, Techstars’ Buffalo Startup Weekend, and regional nonprofit organizations.
