Join behavioral program managers and members of the E Source Prepay Energy Working Group to discuss key topics in prepay. From E Source research and your utility peers, learn how to use behavioral strategies to make your prepay offerings the best they can be. We’ll also discuss how behavior science can improve any of your demand-side management (DSM) programs and customer touchpoints.
