As Solution Director, McKale Carter leverages E Source resources to help utility customers across the US and Canada achieve their demand-side management, distributed energy resources, and electrification goals. With a focus on innovative and impactful solutions, McKale provides guidance on industry trends and best practices to over 100 utilities.Before joining E Source, he managed transportation electrification programs at the Tennessee Valley Authority, the largest public power utility in the US. McKale holds a BS in finance and data analytics from the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga.
