<p>For more than 30 years, the E Source Forum has facilitated learning, networking, and collaboration among utility professionals from across the <abbr>US</abbr> and Canada. In 2021 we held our first hybrid Forum (in person and online) across three days, focusing on five key themes: electrification, customer experience (<abbr>CX</abbr>), energy equity, programs for an evolving grid, and data science.</p>
