Sarah Thompson has been working as a technical writer and editor for more than 20 years. Her first role, writing user guides for database products, led to content management work on E Source research reports. In her time at E Source, she’s worked with every research team, but her enthusiasm for technology brought her to spend the most time with the technology research and software products teams. After more than 16 years on the content management team, she now works full time with the E Source software products group, putting her knowledge of content to work in user interface and user experience (UI/UX) while helping the team manage all of the requests for their time. Sarah holds a BA in English from the University of Colorado–Boulder.
