E Source is excited to announce that Filomena Gogel has been hired as the new senior vice president of Consulting Solutions. In this role, she’ll be responsible for leading the consulting team as well as providing customer experience (CX) expertise to E Source’s utility clients.
“Filomena brings an incredible wealth of knowledge and experience that signals the next stage of our evolution in both the consulting and our customer experience practice,” says Wayne Greenberg, E Source CEO. “Her keen insights into CX trends in and out of the utility industry will be of huge value to our members.”
Gogel is a recognized CX leader in the utility, healthcare, and finance sectors. She’s held leadership roles at Pacific Gas and Electric Co. and Public Service Electric & Gas where she was responsible for operations in key customer-focused functions, including call center, billing, and credit and collections. She led the transformation of call center operations at both utilities, resulting in top-quartile performance in cost and service quality. She continued to help clients create and implement their customer strategies in her subsequent consulting roles at Capgemini, KPMG, and Accenture. Her unique combination of skills and passion makes her well suited to lead the E Source consulting team.

Since that time, I’ve helped to implement sophisticated CX techniques at companies across North America. I’m excited to bring those best practices and lessons learned to utilities.”
