Ryan Odell provides research, analysis, and consultation to members on issues related to DSM and demand-response programs, with a particular focus on small commercial and electric vehicles (EVs). He previously worked for the Electrification Coalition EV deployment community in Northern Colorado, helping launch a regional EV workplace charging challenge. From there, he went on to work for Loveland Water and Power on DSM programs and electric vehicle programs. Ryan holds a BA in political science from the University of Colorado and an MA in environmental policy from Colorado State University.
