Free Lighting Retrofits Get Hard-to-Reach Customers to Drop T12s

A new utility lighting efficiency program covers 100 percent of the cost of retrofits to reach the mostly small and medium businesses that have not yet participated in lighting programs. The effort also plays an important role in preparing for the coming phaseout of T12 fluorescent lamps.
