Our web conference recordings are provided either in WebEx (.wrf), iLinc (.lrc), or Adobe Flash format. If you have trouble playing a recording after clicking a "Play Audio and Video" link, try installing the appropriate free player software and turn off any ad-blocking software.

To play Adobe Flash recordings, you need to have Adobe Flash Player installed (your computer should automatically prompt you to install the free player if it's not installed). Note that some ad-blocking software may disable Adobe Flash Player.

To play iLinc recordings, you need the iLinc player (1 MB .exe file) installed (Microsoft Windows required). If you have the player installed and the recording doesn't play when you click the "Play Audio and Video" link, right-click or control-click the link and choose "Save target as" or "Save link as" to download the file; then double-click the downloaded file.

To play WebEx recordings, you need the WebEx .WRF player installed. If you have the .WRF player installed and the recording doesn't play when you click the "Play Audio and Video" link, right-click or control-click the link and choose "Save target as" or "Save link as" to download the file; then double-click the downloaded file.
