In today’s technology-based world, we have so many passwords to remember that it’s no wonder we forget one (or a few!) from time to time. Thankfully, the web developers here at E Source have released a new feature that makes it easy to get to your content even if you forget your password.

If you’ve recently created an account on our website, you may have noticed that you were asked to create a Security Question. If you ever forget your esource.com login information, just click Problems Logging In? We’ll verify your username or e-mail address and ask for the answer to your Security Question. If you answer correctly, you’ll be logged right in! Then, don’t forget to go to My Profile to reset your password. If you don’t remember the answer to your Security Question, a temporary login link will be e-mailed to you.

If you forget your login information and haven’t created a Security Question yet, you can still click Problems Logging In? We’ll e-mail you a temporary login link, which you can use to go to My Profile to reset your password. While you’re editing your profile, be sure to create a Security Question.

This new feature will make it much easier to get logged in, especially when you just need that one report, right now, for a meeting starting in five minutes (because these are always the times we forget our passwords!).
