The E Source Member Inquiry Service provides prompt responses to questions related to E Source research on end-use technologies, utility products and services, and utility program management. .
We're excited to introduce the E Source Climate Change Suite, a new combination of research and advisory resources and tools that helps utilities educate customers and employees about climate change. Components include a research and advisory service, a utility-branded online resource center for customers, and a greenhouse gas inventory toolkit. (PDF).

According to the latest E Source market research study, 51 percent of Internet users in the U.S. and Canada now pay at least one monthly bill online. That represents a substantial increase over the results of the company's 2004 research. At that time, only 33 percent of Internet users were making online payments. The full results will be released in September!
