It’s no longer enough to simply provide customers who are seeking a transaction with the energy service provider online with a method to pay and a PDF of the bill—this approach doesn’t meet their needs. Consumers want more from their online account management, including real-time updates on their account. Through extensive usability testing and customer feedback, Entergy recently added an online account section to its web site to give today’s consumers the applications they’re looking for.
