We currently offer a compact fluorescent lamp (CFL) promotion in the fall. We have partnered with both national and local retailers to do a markdown of various CFL types for this promotional time period. Next year, we are considering offering the same program, but over the entire year. What are the reasons utilities choose to offer a CFL program annually versus seasonally?
