Exhibitor Fees

Spaces 1-17:

All other spaces will be allocated after April 2, 2012.

What's Included
  • One 6-foot skirted table and chair for your organization’s table-top or stand-alone displays that fit in a 6-foot by 30-inch space (no booths)
  • One full registration to the E Source Forum, which includes access to all sessions unless otherwise noted
  • Your company’s name and logo displayed on the E Source Forum web site
  • Your company’s name and logo in the preconference invitation that’s circulated to more than 4,000 utility professionals (you must register by June 1, 2012, to ensure placement in this advance mailer
  • Your company’s name, logo, and contact information in the on-site Forum program
  • The Opening Reception on October 2, 2012, and the Exhibitor-Hosted Reception & Dinner on October 3, 2012

 

Cancellation Policy

An exhibitor is required to give written notice of cancellation or withdrawal from the exposition. Such notice will be considered official on the date it is received by E Source. Exhibitors who provide us with cancellation notices received at E Source by June 1, 2012, will receive a refund of 50 percent for exhibit space contracted. No refund will be given for cancellations received after June 1, 2012.
