General Conference Questions
When is the 23rd Annual E Source Forum?
It starts with the Welcome Reception at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, September 20, 2010. It ends with a group luncheon on Thursday, September 23, which finishes at 1:30 p.m. Several E Source Leadership Meetings being held in conjunction with the E Source Forum will take place during the day on Monday, September 20, 2010.

Where is the 23rd Annual E Source Forum taking place?
The E Source Forum is being held at the Westin Tabor Center in Denver, Colorado. The address is 1672 Lawrence Street, Denver, CO 80202. You can make a reservation by dialing 888-627-8435, and we have secured a discounted rate for reservations made before Thursday, August 5, 2010.

Who is this conference for?
The E Source Forum focuses on providing insights, best practices, and lessons learned about utility program design and implementation, marketing to residential and business customers, energy-efficient technologies, improving customer service and corporate communications, and managing the implementation and use of smart grid. The sessions are created specifically for utility professionals involved in programs for energy efficiency, demand response, and smart grid; technology selection; marketing management, customer service, social media, market research, smart grid, and communications.

We are also holding several E Source Leadership Meetings in Denver along with the E Source Forum. These council, roundtable, and summit meetings are geared toward utility leaders in demand-side management, marketing, account management, customer service, and smart grid.

Who can attend the 23rd Annual E Source Forum?
The E Source Forum is held exclusively for E Source members and invited guests. All E Source members are welcome to attend. If you don’t know whether your company has an E Source membership, please contact Customer Service.

How do I find out if my organization is a member of E Source?
If you aren’t sure whether your company has an E Source membership, please contact Customer Service.

How many complimentary seats does my organization have?
All E Source members get complimentary Forum seats. The number of seats is based on each company’s service memberships. To learn now many seats you have, please contact Customer Service.

What is the dress code?
The dress code is business casual.

What are the E Source Leadership Meetings being held on September 20, 2010, and who’s eligible to attend?
Several closed-door utility leadership council, roundtable, and summit meetings are being held in conjunction with the E Source Forum this year. Attendance at these meetings is limited to designated council members, specific E Source service members, and invited guests. To learn more, visit the E Source Leadership Meetings web page.

How do I convince my boss that I should attend?

Registration Questions

How do I register?
Registration for the 23rd Annual E Source Forum is now open. Just click to register online. If you encounter any problems registering, please e-mail us or call us at 1-800-E-SOURCE.

How much does it cost to attend?
Please visit the Forum Fees web page for a complete price list. (See the General Conference Questions for help in finding out whether your company is an E Source member and, if so, how many complimentary Forum seats are included as part of that membership.)

Can I register on-site at the conference?
Yes, on-site registrations will be accepted.

Can I get a receipt/invoice for my registration?
If you register online, you’ll be presented with a printable receipt at the end of the registration process. If you didn’t print your online receipt at that time, just contact us and we will e-mail you a copy.

Can I make my hotel reservation when I register?
No, but you can make your reservation with the hotel online or by phone. You’ll find complete information on the Forum Location web page. Please be sure to make your reservations by Thursday, August 5, 2010, to take advantage of the discounted room rate.

How do I use the coupon code I’ve received to save on registration?
You can input the coupon code during your online registration process. The site will automatically calculate your registration fees and subtract the coupon’s value.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you must cancel for any reason, please notify us via e-mail at events_info@esource.com by August 31, 2010. Your registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be made after this date for any reason. Substitutions may be made by fax or e-mail until September 15, 2010. After this date, all substitutions must be made on-site.

What if I have a registration question that isn’t answered here?
If you have more questions, please contact us. We’ll promptly answer any questions you have about registering for the 23rd Annual E Source Forum.

Are any meals included with registration?
Yes! Most meals are included with your conference registration fee. There will be an evening reception providing drinks and appetizers on Monday; breakfast, lunch, and break snacks and beverages will be served Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; and everyone’s invited to a group dinner buffet on Tuesday night. Only the Wednesday Dine Around Denver requires a separate fee.

All attendees will receive a roster of E Source Forum attendees on-site during registration.

E Source has a variety of energy experts on staff who welcome the opportunity to share insights and best practices from our research and analysis. If you are interested in meeting with an E Source energy expert while attending the Forum, please send us an e-mail to tell us the area of expertise that most interests you or the specific person you would like to meet with during the E Source Forum.

Definitely! Wednesday evening’s Dine Around Denver outing has been designed to encourage people with similar interests and job responsibilities to get together and learn from one another while enjoying several local Denver restaurants. The other meals and receptions are also a great way to meet like-minded attendees. We’ll have group breakfasts, lunches, and breaks on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday as well as evening receptions on Monday and Tuesday.

What social activities are planned?
Having fun is a big part of the E Source Forum, so there will be plenty of activities where you can relax and get to know other attendees. You can sign up for group tours on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons, register for the Dine Around Denver outing on Wednesday night, and join us for planned late-night activities on Tuesday or Wednesday.
