Every utility does something really well—maybe better than any other utility. Let’s share these best practices. Each participant should choose one best practice and one issue or challenge at his or her utility. You can talk about new or old programs or pilots, a new marketing approach, a technology, software or a tracking system, a web application, an advertisement, or some market research results—just choose something that you’ll be proud to share with the group.

See Essie Snell perform some one-on-one-magic!
We’ll use this time to work out our issues together and wrap up our meeting. Cast a spell on your problems and benefit from each other’s knowledge. Odds are that someone else in the room is either going through the same experience or has already found a solution. Share the “un-magic” of tried-and-true solutions to those problems. We’re sure you’ll walk away with new tools to use in your day-to-day operations that will help provide a good customer experience, ensuring that you won’t have to “pull a rabbit out of your hat.”
Essie Snell, an E Source research associate, will entertain the Roundtable with his magic. Essie will amaze you! He will mystify you! And he will make a 747 jet airplane disappear! Not really—just seeing if you’re paying attention. Enjoy the show!
