E Source has hired Chuck Ray as director of business development. He will be working with utility clients located in the northeastern U.S. and Canada.

Ray has more than 10 years of sales and business development experience. Most recently, he worked as a principal for gNav LLC, a business development consultancy for energy and geographic information system (GIS) companies. He was responsible for helping to launch early stage products for companies in the solar, light-emitting diode (LED), and energy-auditing industries. He is currently pursuing Certified Energy Manager (CEM) credentials through the Association of Energy Engineers.
