When I interviewed Boyd Tracy, our genius IT guru, I had no idea how much passion and personal interest he has in the energy world. Boyd is one of those people at work who you just can’t help but smile at when you see him coming down the hall. Why you like working at E Source: I like the community of people here and the pride I feel at being part of something that is actually helping to make the world a better place.

Something most people don’t know about you: I have a master’s in forestry from Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas, so my first “systems management” training was in biological systems.
